hi, I work at UTMC in the emergency room Night Shift. I had my lunch all packed, but it never got touched .in the fridge were box lunches that were absolutely incredible and they came from apple spice Livonia they were provided for us by superior ambulance service oh my gosh, they were absolutely phenomenal. We got a little bit of everything. I had the pasta salad the cheesecake, the roast beef and cheese cheese sandwich with the most delicious horseradish sauce, a bag of chips, sliced carrots with dip it was just over the top. I can’t say enough good about it when I walked to the nurses station. They were talking about it too. It was phenomenal. Thank you to everyone involved and yes, I’m keeping your business card. pam from ohio😉 Oh, let’s not forget the spicy pickles. There was a variety of choices there was ham and cheese. There was some chicken wrap just oh so good. I wish I could’ve tried them all.

Ordered catering from Apple Spice for a lunch at the Detroit Veterans Hospital and had a great experience. The team was incredibly accommodating, communication was easy, and they made sure everything was delivered to the correct location right on time. The box lunches were fresh, well-packaged, and a big hit with the entire group. It’s not always easy coordinating catering for a large medical team with different dietary needs, but they made the process seamless. I’ll definitely be using Apple Spice again for future events. This caterer is always consistent in taste, quality and customer service. The food is good and there is a good variety on the menu to choose from. Glad they dropped some menus by work, as it had been a while since we used them. Everyone enjoyed the fajitas and there was so much left over to share with the staff even into the next day. Good value for the money. Thanks!

Love the care they put into their boxes and the classic box presentation. The quality of the sandwich ingredients and cookie were not quite what I had hoped for. Was expecting a bit more rustic quality of the 13-grain bread, fresher oven roasted quality of the turkey, and more home-baked quality of the cookie, but this could all be a matter of preference. I was surprised the carrot chips were not toasted, but their fresh raw crunchiness were yummy nonetheless.

First order yesterday -- Bread was fresh and soft. Pasta and Potato salads had really good flavor. Loved that the condiments were on the side so people could add what they wanted. Delivery was on-time and driver took the order back to our break area to set up. Will order again!
